Lynchburg Stained Glass Company received an invitation from the United States Park Service to bid on the historical renovation of the stained glass windows of Ebenezer Baptist Church (Atlanta, GA). Lynchburg Stained Glass won the bid meeting both the qualifications for historical renovations and cost control of the job.

Ebenezer Baptist Church, once the home church of the famous civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., has stained glass windows which represent some of the church's history. The Park service was concerned that the windows be brought back to their original condition, while having the ability to withstand weathering in the future.

The stained glass windows will be cataloged, carefully removed, disassembled, re-leaded, and any broken pieces will be matched and replaced. The stained glass windows will be cleaned to remove the built up grime on the glass surfaces. The sashes will be repaired, refurbished, or replicated and replaced as necessary. We will reinstall the stained glass windows and a protective covering to insure their longevity.
