Intricate Hand-Painted Stained Glass Windows
These intricate hand-painted windows each feature hundreds of individual stained glass pieces, many as small as a silver dollar. In the examples shown, each small piece of glass is hand painted (shaded). Fine mouth blown cathedral glass was used in crafting these window.
(Top) The 10-ft diameter “Apostle Rose” window at the Patty and Bo Pilgrim Chapel, Dallas Baptist University, Dallas Texas. The stained glass commission also included a window depicting Christ in the Garden of Gethsemane.
(Bottom) At Claxton United Methodist Church in Claxton, GA, this includes delicate and various symbols such as the Lamb, Bible, Alpha and Omega symbols, the Hand of God, and the Four Gospels that accompany Christ himself.
