Gabriel appears to Mary bearing God’s message as the Holy Spirit radiance touches the Blessed Virgin.

The lily has 2 full blooms and 1 bud. The blooms represent God the Father and the Holy Spirit. The bud represents the future Son that comes to the world completing the Trinity.

At the bottom of the window a scroll flows from Mary to the vase with the 3 lilies. On the scroll is the word “Fiat”, God’s command leading to the act-of-will of Mary’s acceptance of God’s plan.

As the scroll touches the vase a cross emerges from the star of David reminding us that it was a poor Jewish maiden that God chose to be the Mother of Jesus Christ.
